COCONUT CHESS PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 eggs, whipped lightly
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (3 ounces) flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust

Steps:

  • Combine all filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 4o minutes or until set. Place foil on top if pie begins to brown before it is set.
