Coconut Cake image

Eat all of it!!! LOL!!!

Number Of Ingredients 3

mix 1 cup of sour cream with 1 cup of g. sugar
1- 8 oz bag of shredded coconut. you can use more if you want.
bake box cake mix by directions for 2 - 9 in. rounds let cool

Steps:

  • 1. Mix sour cream, g. sugar and coconut together by folding in coconut last. Place in Refer. for one hr. so g. sugar will break down.
  • 2. after cake cools down, put icing on top of one 9 in. round cake and spread thick the place other 9 in. round cake on top and cover just top also with icing. Put in cake tray with cover and place in refer. for 1 hr. serve cold.
  • 3. Never mind about icing on side of cake it will run down.
