Cocktail Meatballs and Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
1 package McCormick® Italian Meatball Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon oil
1 jar (10 ounces) grape jelly
1 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons McCormick® Chili Powder

Steps:

  • Mix ground beef, egg and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs. Drain fat from skillet.
  • Mix grape jelly, ketchup and chili powder in skillet on medium heat. Cook and stir until jelly is melted and sauce is heated through. Add cooked meatballs; toss to coat with sauce.
