I'VE SEEN COKE USED IN MANY RECIPES. I THINK THIS RECIPE WOULD WORK ON ANY KIND OF MEAT. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS ON MY BEEF ROAST I HAVE IN THE FREEZER.

season to taste
1 c ketchup
1 c cola
brown sugar for topping

Steps:

  • 1. PLACE PORK CHOPS IN BAKING DISH, SEASON WITH YOUR FAVORITE SEASONING. MIX KETCHUP AND COLA. POUR OVER MEAT. SPRINKLE WITH BROWN SUGAR. BAKE AT 350F FOR 1 HR OR UNTIL TENDER.
