COCA-COLA® BRISKET image

Number Of Ingredients 4

4-6 lb brisket
1 12 oz can of Coca-Cola
1 envelope dried onion soup mix
1 cup chili sauce

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 325 mix Coca-Cola, onion soup mix and chili sauce together place brisket in roasting pan pour ingredients over brisket cover roasting pan tightly with aluminum foil bake 30 minutes per lb transfer brisket to cutting board and let rest at least 15 minutes carve against grain serve with pan juices
