Steps:
- 1. Mix first 4 ingredients by hand in bowl.
- 2. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. When done remove from oven and make icing as follows:
- 4. Melt oleo in pan with evaporated milk. Boil one minute.
- 5. Add chocolate chips and nuts.
- 6. Spread over warm cake. Let cool and enjoy.
