A great on-the-go breakfast or quick snack. Bananas and applesauce make these real moist. The oats let these get a little crispy on the outside. We added cranberries and loved the flavor combination. These are really yummy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix everything together, smashing up the bananas first.
- Use a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. These are STICKY! Put them on the cookie sheet by spoonfuls and flatten them just a little bit.
- Cook for about 25 minutes or until the edges crisp a bit. They won't become overall crispy instead they will have a chewy, soft texture.
