Angostura bitters
Chilled champagne
Lemon or orange twist

Steps:

  • Sprinkle the sugar cube with 2 or 3 dashes of bitters. Drop into a champagne flute. Slowly add champagne, twist lemon or orange twist over the glass to release the aromatic oils, then add it to the drink.
