Clams in Wine Garlic Sauce image

Few ingredients...It's that simple!

3 can(s) clams, chopped
12 clams
1/2 stick butter
2 c white wine
1 tsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, smashed
salt/pepper
chopped fresh parsley to top

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet, melt butter with the olive oil...(this will prevent butter from burning)..on low
  • 2. add the rest of the ingredients (don't drain the clams in cans)except the parsley...cover and simmer for 15 mins..until all flavors combine and clams open.
  • 3. Garnish with parsley and serve over any pasta...or alone with crusty bread...
