Steps:
- Scrub clams and set in bowl with slow trickling water. Melt butter in large pot, large enough to hold all the clams at once. Simmer green onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add wine, clam juice, and red pepper flakes, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add all the clams and put a lid on the pot. Steam until clams open (about 10 minutes). Serve with french bread and linguine noodles.
