Clam Noddle Casserole image

Growing up Tuna Noddle Casserole was the ultimate comfort food. Seeking that comfort after a week of disappointments, I looked in the pantry to discover there was no tuna. Not wanting to go to the store in the pouring rain I decided to create, and here is what I came up with; hope you enjoy it and let me know what you think.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can(s) pregresso's clam sauce
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 package(s) 12 oz pkg of pasta
1 - soup can of milk
2 tablespoon(s) onion flakes, dehydrated
1 cup(s) parmesan cheese divided
1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package
  • In a sauce pan heat the clam sauce, soup and milk
  • Add red pepper and 1/2 cup of cheese, heat through
  • Pour cooked pasta into a casserole dish, pour sauuce over and mix well
  • Mix remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and panko and sprinkle over top
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  • If you'd like to add a little color try adding some peas or asparagus.
