Cinnamon Syrup image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks, broken
1 clove
3/4 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Add water, cinnamon sticks and clove to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and reduce by half. Add the sugar, and stir to dissolve. Let cool, and strain. The syrup will keep, refrigerated, for a month.
