Cinnamon Roll French Toast image

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cans (12.4 oz. each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Brush butter onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 13x9-inch pan. Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces; place evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
  • Beat cream cheese spread, cinnamon, vanilla and 1 Tbsp. icing (from cinnamon roll cans) in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually blend in milk. Pour over ingredients in pan; drizzle with 1/2 cup syrup.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until golden brown. Spread with remaining icing. Serve topped with remaining syrup.
