CINNAMON RAISIN GRANOLA image

4 cups quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup loosely packed brown sugar
1/4 cup agave nectar or honey
3/4 cup roughly chopped almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Toast oats in a 9x13 baking pan for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Remove oats from oven and add to mixture, stirring to combine. Grease the 9x13 pan and add the granola mixture, packing down as much as possible with a spoon or spatula. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before cutting. Enjoy!
