Cinnamon Coffee cake image

This is a cheap and simple coffee cake that Eric loves

Number Of Ingredients 13

FOR COFFEE CAKE
1/4 c oil
1 egg
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c milk
2 tsp baking podwer
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c flour
FOR TOPPING
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the coffee cake ingredients and put in a 8x8 oiled baking dish. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top
  • 2. Bake in a 350 oven for 30-35 minutes
