This great ham sandwich with sliced apple and cheddar cheese and served on grilled raisin bread-makes a unique balance between salty and sweet. This sandwich is served at Courtyard Café and Bakery in Fallon,Nevada.

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet sauté apple slices and walnuts in 1 teaspoon butter and all the honey over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly tender and lightly toasted.Remove apple slices to a small bowl and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in walnut mixture. Spread over 2 slices of the bread; layer with cheddar cheese, apple and ham slices and remaining bread. Spread remaining butter over the outsides of each sandwich.
- 3. In a large nonstick panini maker or skillet coated with cooking spray, toast sandwiches for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted. (Can make in George Formann Grill)
