CILANTRO-LIME DRESSING image

Yield 2 Cups

Number Of Ingredients 9

1C-1 1/4C low fat sour cream
1/2- 3/4C light mayo
About a 3:1 ratio of sour cream to mayo
1/2 jalepno-not seeded, diced
Huge handful of cilantro about 2C chopped. I use a little of the stems too-no need to pluck leaves off them.
Juice of 1/2 lime
S&P
2t Cumin
2-6T water-depending on desired consistency.

Steps:

  • Combine all in blender. Add more sour cream or mayo depending on taste. Add more lime juice depending on taste as well. Add water to make more like a sauce, or leave as is for a dipping sauce.
