CHUTNEY CHEESE BALL image

Yield Makes 2 balls, 12 servings each.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 jar sweet mango chutney

Steps:

  • With a hand electric mixer, blend cream cheese, cottage cheese, and curry powder until smooth. By hand, stir in green onions, peanuts, coconut, and raisins. Form into two balls. Place in wax paper, then inside container. Refrigerate or freeze. When ready to serve, top with mango chutney.
