We lived near an Amish community. They always serve Church Peanut Butter Spread with their homemade breads and rolls at their pig roasts and fundraiser dinners. I had to have a recipe of it and found one in an old amish cookbook. This is wonderful on bread, rolls and heated to a more saucy consistancy in the microwave (10 seconds), is unbelievable as a topping for ice cream. A little goes a long way.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, stir together brown sugar and butter. Heat until mixture begins to form bubbles. In large bowl, spoon in fluff and peanut butter. Pour hot sugar mixture over peanut butter and fluff. With mixer on low blend everything together. The peanut butter and fluff will melt in the sugar mixture to a creamy consistancy.
- Store like you would peanut butter. Keep it in a microwavable container so you can heat it in microwave for 30-40 seconds to make it into an ice cream topping consistancy. Otherwise it will be a nice spreadable consistancy for bread. I made this up and stored in 12 oz. canning jars. Sold the jars for $5 a piece at a fundraiser with my phone number if they wanted to order more. This makes a great gift with the recipe attached to jar.
