1 lime, peeled, pith removed and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
2 cups watermelon, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup seedless cucumber, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Add all ingedients to mixing bowl. Toss lightly and chill.
