CHUNKY CHOCOLATE- CARMEL POPCORN CRUNCH image

Yield 12 Cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 Cups carmel corn
1 Cup Roasted Almonds
1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
1 Cup coarsely chopped toffee,(Heath Bars)
1 Pkg Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or use chips

Steps:

  • Combine all ingred. except chocolate in bowl. Place chocolate over double-boiler to melt. Pour chocolate over popcorn mixture, combine thoughly. Spread on parchment paper refig 1 hr or until chocolate is set. Store in air-tight container for 2 weeks.
