Christmas Sausage Ring image

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 pounds Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons Onion, grated

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients and place in a greased Bundt pan
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350°
  • Remove from oven and drain excess grease
  • Bake for an additional 20 minutes
  • Again, removed from oven and drain excess grease
  • Flip Sausage ring onto a serving platter, surround with ritz crackers and thick sliced cheese
  • Enjoy!
