Steps:
- Cream butter. Gradually add sugar; cream until fluffy. Add well beaten egg in thirds, beating well after each addition. Stir in sifted dry ingredients, alternately with milk or sour cream. Spread 1/2 mixture in greased 8 inch pie pan. Filling: Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread 1/2 over batter in pan. Add rest of batter and spread remainder of filling over top. Bake at 350 degrees, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
