Steps:
- Cookie: Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Mix in sour cream. Add dry ingredients. Chll dough at least 4 hours. Roll out small amounts at a time o floured board. Cut and bake a 425 for 6 - 10 mins depending on cookie size and thickness. Cookies should be slightly browned on bottom. Cool and frost. Frosting: Sift sugar and add all the other ingredients together. Color with food colorin if desired.
