Aunt Mildred (a friend of our family) used to make this every Christmas and give it out as gifts. My mom begged for the recipe for years before Aunt Mildred gave it to her--with the stipulation she couldn't pass it on until after Aunt Mildred was dead. Both Mom and Aunt Mildred have passed away, so I am sharing it with you!

Steps:
- Let all the cheeses come to room temperature (so they will blend easier).
- Place in a blender or food processor and blend until well combined--you shouldn't see any white (of the cream cheese) or yellow (of the cheddar).
- Serve with club crackers. Store in refrigerator.
