Christmas artichoke dip image

Beautiful to look at and delicious to taste! It goes fast, so you might want to make an extra batch.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped.
1 - 8 oz container lite sour cream
1/2 cup(s) lite chunky blue cheese dressing
1/4 cup(s) snipped chives
1-1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 large bag of pretzel rods

Steps:

  • In lg serving bowl, stir together artichoke hearts, sour cream, dressing and chives until creamy.
  • Sprinkle w/ paprika. Surround dip w/ pretzel rods.
  • You can also serve this dip w/ sliced green and red bell peppers for a festive look.
