This is a nice Asian dish you can make. I put it over brown rice. And served with egg rolls and wonton soup.

Steps:
- 1. Bring 1 1/2 cup water to boil and add rice. Cook until done. Brown hamburger, onion, and celery. Add chicken soup, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and water to the cooked rice. Pour into slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top when serving.
