Steps:
- chop veg to desired size and cook separately cook until tender (NOT SOFT). drain and mix them all together.
- mix sugar,mustard an vinegar bring to a boil.
- add mixed veg to hot liquid and bring back to the boiling point.
- put into hot sterilized jars and seal will keep in the fridge for 6 months or process in a hot water bath to can.
