1 quart cucumber, diced
1 quart string bean
1 quart lima beans
1 quart corn
1 pint celery
1 pint green pepper
1 pint red pepper
1 cup small onion
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 cups sugar or 2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
1 quart vinegar

Steps:

  • chop veg to desired size and cook separately cook until tender (NOT SOFT). drain and mix them all together.
  • mix sugar,mustard an vinegar bring to a boil.
  • add mixed veg to hot liquid and bring back to the boiling point.
  • put into hot sterilized jars and seal will keep in the fridge for 6 months or process in a hot water bath to can.
