Steps:
- Farro: Boil 25-30 minutes, drain and rinse
- Dressing: Next items whisk
- Yogurt: Combine yogurt, garlic, za'atar
- Add farro and 1.5 Tablespoons of dressing
- Add cucumber, onion, cilantro and mint to farro. Add 2 tablespoons of dressing
- Put all other ingredients into salad. Add rest of dressing.
