Chocolate Turtles Waffle Cookies image

I am a waffle and Chocoholic ..I think you will enjoy it as much as I do

Number Of Ingredients 6

2/3 cup(s) butter
4 - squares of cooking chocolate
4 - eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 cup(s) flour
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate and butter together and cool
  • Add beaten eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
  • Drop on hot waffle iron by 1/2 tsp. and bake 1 minute. Lift with fork.
  • Frost with chocolate powdered sugar icing. Top with a whole pecans to make "turtles". If using cocoa instead of chocolate, start with 1 cup butter and 3/4 cup of cocoa.
