Steps:
- melt chocolate chips in microwave, start with 1 min then stir and cook in 15 second intervals till melted
- in a blender, combine tofu and soy or almond milk
- add chocolate chips to blender and blend all till smooth
- pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate at least one hour before serving, I top this with nondairy whipped cream
