This is one ooey, gooey, yummy cake!! It's a lot like the Razorback Brownies but a little different in that the cake includes Cool Whip and crushed Heath Candybars..Everyone loves this cake!

Steps:
- 1. Bake cake according to package directions in a 13 x 9 pan.
- 2. Remove from oven when done and immediately poke holes in it across the top.
- 3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over it to soak into cake.
- 4. Then pour caramel topping over top to soak into cake.
- 5. Let cake cool. Once cooled completely, spread cool whip over top.
- 6. Sprinkle the crushed Heath Bars over cool whip.
- 7. Keep refrigerated; also freezes well.
