Steps:
- 1. Warm the chocolate milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles,then removes from heat.Mix in margarine;stir until melted.Add water and let cool until lukewarm.
- 2. In a large bowl,combine milk mixture,yeast,splenda sweetener,sea salt,egg whites and cocoa powder;stir well to combine.Stir in the flour;beat well.Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 3. Deflate dough and turn it out onto a well floured surface.Roll dough out into a rectangle and spread with margarine.
- 4. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate covered peanuts,chopped dark chocolate bars and milk chocolate chips.
- 5. Roll up dough and cut into 3/4 inch thick rolls.Place rolls in two lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pans.Cover and let rise until doubled,about 45 minutes.
- 6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 7. Bake the rolls in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 8. to make the frosting;in a medium bowl,combine cream cheese,chocolate syrup,chocolate pudding mix and chocolate milk,mix well until blended.
- 9. Spread over the warm rolls.
