Chocolate Rolls? image

i create a new recipe of new kind of cinnamon rolls,it a new siblings,first was chocolate.

1 c chocolate milk
1/2 c margarine
1 c water
1 packet active dry yeast
1 c splenda sweetener
1 tsp sea salt
3 egg whites
2 c cocoa powder
4 c all purpose flour
1/2 c margarine
1 c chopped chocolate covered peanuts
2 dark chocolate bars,chopped
1 c milk chocolate chips
FROSTING
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese,softened
4 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
3 Tbsp chocolate milk

Steps:

  • 1. Warm the chocolate milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles,then removes from heat.Mix in margarine;stir until melted.Add water and let cool until lukewarm.
  • 2. In a large bowl,combine milk mixture,yeast,splenda sweetener,sea salt,egg whites and cocoa powder;stir well to combine.Stir in the flour;beat well.Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • 3. Deflate dough and turn it out onto a well floured surface.Roll dough out into a rectangle and spread with margarine.
  • 4. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate covered peanuts,chopped dark chocolate bars and milk chocolate chips.
  • 5. Roll up dough and cut into 3/4 inch thick rolls.Place rolls in two lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pans.Cover and let rise until doubled,about 45 minutes.
  • 6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 7. Bake the rolls in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 8. to make the frosting;in a medium bowl,combine cream cheese,chocolate syrup,chocolate pudding mix and chocolate milk,mix well until blended.
  • 9. Spread over the warm rolls.
