Steps:
- Let egg white stand at room temp. for 30 min. Beat at medium speed until soft peaks form. Graduallyadd 1 tbs of sugar at a time on high until stiff peaks form. Fold in chips and pecans. Drop by rounded teaspoon full 2 inches apart on a parchment line baking sheet. Bake at 250F for 40-45 mins or until firm to touch. Turn off and let cookies dry in the oven for 1 1/2 hours. Carefully remove cookies from parchment paper. Store in airtight container.
