Chocolate Peanut Butter PMS Cookies image

How to make Chocolate Peanut Butter PMS Cookies

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 box ritz crackers 1 jar peanut butter
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 box or pkg chocolate melts

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter, then marshmallow cream onto Ritz cracker.
  • Sandwich together.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides.
  • Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. (I find that if you put the paper or silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, the cookies harden up faster!)
  • Store in airtight container - Enjoy!
