CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIZZA image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine/butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1-1/2 cups flour
2 cups mini marshmallows
6 oz. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour. Press dough evenly over bottom of 12 or 14 inch (for thick or thin) forming rim along edge. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chips. Bake 5-8 minutes or until marshmallows are browned.
