Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake image

Super easy and so yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 box box devil's food cake mix
1 box 3oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c plus 1 tablespoon vegetable oil-divided
3 eggs
1 c milk
1 c peanut butter
1 16 oz container of chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • 1. Grease and flour a 9" x 13" baking pan.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl,sift together cake mix and pudding mix.
  • 3. Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil,eggs,and milk. Beat for 3 minutes.
  • 4. Pour batter into prep
  • 5. Bake 30-35 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • 6. In a small bowl,stir together peanut butter and remaining tablespoon of oil until smooth. Spread over warm cake. Cool completely.
  • 7. Microwave frosting until runny and carefully pour over cake. Spread evenly.
  • 8. Let frosting set.
  • 9. Serve with ice cream if desired.
