Steps:
- You will need a pan about the size of 8x12 the rectangular size. I usually use a glass brownie pan. 1. Grease the bottom of the pan with butter 2. Combine oatmeal, peanut butter, margarine, and water together. Stir until everything is pretty well mixed. 3. Put mixed ingredients from step 2 into pan. Press firmly into pan. 4. For top layer melt chocolate chips and peanut butter into saucepan and pour over bottom layer. 5. Freeze in the freezer for at least an hour. 6. Cut and serve! If you like the peanut butter flavor more add more peanut butter for the top layer. This takes about 15-20 min to make.
