- combine melted butter and cookie crumbs, press into a pie pan.
- bake 5 minutes and cool completely.
- melt chocolate over a double boiler.
- combine chocolate and coconut milk in a blender, blend until totally smooth and combined.
- pour into crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- ** you might want to heat the coconut milk first so it mixes smoothly with the warm chocolate.
