170 g good quality dark chocolate (1 1/2 bars) 60-70%
7 egg whites
1/4 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp (or less) of sugar

Steps:

  • melt chocolate in microwave whisk egg whites and lemon juice. at soft peaks add sugar whisk until stiff peaks fold egg whites into chocolate spoon into glasses chill for 2-3 hours
