WHIP CREAM TO FROST

Steps:

  • MELT CHOCOLATE, ADD WATER & BLEND ADD EGG YOLKS & BEAT WITH MIXER TIL SMOOTH ADD CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND MIX WELL FOLD IN EGG WHITES & THEN WHIPPED CREAM SLICE ANGEL FOOD CAKE INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES LAYER A BOWL WITH SLICES, SPREAD 1/3 THE CHOCOLATE FILLING REPEAT AND END WITH CAKE ON TOP CHILL FOR 12-24 HOURS TURN CAKE ONTO PLATE AND FROST WITH WHIPPED CREAM
