Chocolate Eclair Dessert image

1 box low fat honey graham crackers
1 pkg sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding
1 oz container lite cool whip
1 can(s) sugar free chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • 1. Mix pudding according to instruction
  • 2. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture
  • 3. Layer 9x12 pan with graham crackers
  • 4. Put half of pudding/Cool Whip mixture on top of layer of graham crackers
  • 5. Put remainder of pudding/Cool Whip on top of the graham crackers
  • 6. Put on last layer of graham crackers
  • 7. Frost top layer with frosting mix
  • 8. Let set in refrigerator overnight before cutting
