Chocolate Dipped Strawberries image

4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
30 strawberries with stems attached, dry

Steps:

  • On a low simmer in a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Holding the stem of the strawberry, dip each 1 individually into the chocolate and place them on a piece of parchment until hardened.
