This is a recipe shared to me about 25 yrs ago. I do miss this friend she moved back to her home town and now I don't see or here much from her but she is a great southern cook. She called it Mechanics Delight and said when you make it and pass it on you can call it what ever job title your husband is. I promise this is simple and easy to make and you will want to keep it and make over and over. It will be a big hit to cholocate lovers. Try for Valentines day if you are preparing a dessert for husband or children.

Let crust be very cool before filling I placed mine in the freezer about 5 minutes to get cold. Do not freeze
