CHOCOLATE COCONUT GLAZE image

Number Of Ingredients 3

6 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1-2 TBSP corn syrup

Steps:

  • Place chocolate in a medium bowl. In a small saucepan: Boil coconut milk and corn syrup, stirring constantly. Pour coconut milk over the chocolate. Let mix stand 10 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spread glaze over each cupcake and scatter with coconut.
