Steps:
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. or until blended. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the chocolate; stir in remaining chocolate and 1/2 cup whipped topping.
- Spoon into 4 individual dessert dishes; cover. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and chocolate just before serving.
