Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies image

I love baking but there are times when there is just not enough time to make cookies...or I'm feeling just a bit lazy. Either way this is a quick way to get your chocolate chip cookie fix.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup(s) butter, softened
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup(s) sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 package(s) 6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup(s) pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • In a small bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine butter, both sugars and vanilla, beat until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.
  • Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Pre-heated oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares while slightly warm.
