Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe | No Calorie Sweetener & Sugar Substitute | Splenda Sweeteners image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup melted butter
1 cup Splenda® Brown Sugar Blend
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together butter and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend.
  • Mix in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Mix in flour mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
