Steps:
- preheat oven to 350 F generously butter a 4 quart baking dish -- I used a souffle dish cut bread/brownies into 1/2" pieces -- place in pan whips eggs well, add milk and 1/2 & 1/2 add vanilla add bourbon mix well pour over bread pour caramel sauce over top (may need to slightly warm to have easily pourable consistency) place in oven, bake for 50 -- 55 minutes remove, allow to cool as long as you can before you dig a spoon in at least 30 -- 45 minutes serve warm with vanilla ice cream, maybe some dulce de leche drizzled over, because why not? enjoy!
