CHIPOTLE MARINADE image

1/3 c red wine vinegar
1 T oregano
2 canned chipotles adobado
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 t packed dark brown sugar
1/2 t freshly ground pepper
1/2 c olive oil

Steps:

  • Blend the vinegar,oregano, chipotles, garlic, brown sugar and pepper; process until smooth. Add olive oil in a steady stream. Refrigerate. Return to room temp before using. Marinates up to 4 lbs of meat or poultry.
